Refund policy

If you have an unopened game that you purchased from us within the last 45 days that you wish to return please send us an email at Info@UrbanTriviaGame.com. Please include your order number. We just ask that you cover return shipping and if unopened we will issue a refund. We do not issue refunds for opened returns.
